Teaching Buddhism for GCSE

This course aims to build teachers' subject knowledge for teaching Buddhism at GCSE as well as build confidence to teach students how to write well at the highest levels of response.
Half day course for
Heads of RE, teachers of RE and those in charge of humanities faculties.

This course aims to:
- Build subject knowledge of Buddhism in readiness to teach at GCSE.
- Explore how to teach GCSE conceptually and build on KS3.
- Refine teaching strategies ensuring students can write well constructed answers, especially for extended answer questions.
- Be relevant for all exam boards.
