Teaching Buddhism for GCSE

Half day course for

Heads of RE, teachers of RE and those in charge of humanities faculties.

This course aims to:

  • Build subject knowledge of Buddhism in readiness to teach at GCSE.
  • Explore how to teach GCSE conceptually and build on KS3.
  • Refine teaching strategies ensuring students can write well constructed answers, especially for extended answer questions.
  • Be relevant for all exam boards.
