- Discuss your learning or development needs with your line manager as part of Valuing Performance and regular one to one discussions.
- Once you have been given approval by your line manager, either book courses direct on Learning Zone using self service or for external courses contact your local training contact.
- Remember to put the course in your Outlook calendar.
- Once you have completed your course, meet with your manager to consider how to integrate your learning to your work.
